Subprocessors

Redsun Innovations Ltd uses the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to help deliver our recruitment platform services. Each subprocessor is bound by data protection agreements and processes data only as necessary to provide their services.

Data Transfer Safeguards
For subprocessors located outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): We have executed EU/UK approved SCCs with each subprocessor.
- Transfer Impact Assessments: We conduct assessments to ensure data protection standards are maintained.
- Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
- Access Controls: Subprocessor access is limited to what is necessary for their service.
Change Notifications
We provide advance notice before making changes to our subprocessor list:
- 30 days notice: We will notify you at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor.
- Email notification: Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Right to object: You may object to a new subprocessor within the notice period if you have reasonable grounds.
- Updates to this page: This page is updated whenever subprocessors are added or removed.
Our Commitments
- We only engage subprocessors that provide sufficient guarantees of data protection compliance.
- We enter into written agreements with all subprocessors containing equivalent data protection obligations.
- We remain liable for the acts and omissions of our subprocessors.
- We regularly review subprocessor compliance with their contractual obligations.
